When dry, FlashPatch has excellent flexibilty and durability. It can be used on masonry, wood, steel and has many other uses such as repairing damaged putty, replacing damaged tiles, waterproofing grouting, repairing ridging etc. FlashPatch is odourless, non-toxic and enviro-friendly.
